WHAT IS SAP B1 SALES ORGANIZATION ID ?

We want to integrate Sales Cloud with Business One. We have configured all connections succesfully, but when we want to synchronize customers from Sales Cloud to Business One. This message appear "message does include sales organization as maintained for the b1 receiver system".

we think that the problem is caused by the sales organization ID defined in C4C, but we don't know how to get said ID from the Business One system.

Hi,

The customers created in the back-end application will be created against some sales data, like the sales organisation. Check the web service message and the error log to see what sales organisation is sent from the back-end application. Also check your ID Mapping - Administrator - Common Task - Edit ID Mapping for Integration - Here you can map the actual ID of the sales organisation from your back end with the ID of your sales organisation in the organisational model in C4C.

Also check in SAP CPI if the fields for the sales organisational elements are included in the iflow.
