Hi experts
Our client is doing a documentation of their own about their C4C system. They are asking what do we call the Home and Calendar entries in the menu, as seen in the screenshot below.

In HTML5, these are buttons in the right side pane. But here in Fiori, they are listed among work center views (we're using a flat list). Does this mean we can also call them "Home work center view" and "Calendar work center view"?
Thanks

Hello there Denmar,
I hope you are having a nice Thursday.
They are workcenters (when using Fiori (RUI) ) or toolbar icons (when using HTML5). Toolbar is the name of the left side icon set with links to main features in the system when one uses HTML5.
For our KBAs we always name the steps to perform something. So try to explicit it as below:
1. Login in the system
2. Click in the Calendar work center (RUI) / Calendar Icon in the toolbar (HTML5)
3...
We hope this helps you. Building documentation is not an easy task.
