What is D&B 360 Work center?

In Sales cloud learning content reference C4H410_EN_Col94, talks about D&B 360 Work center as part of 'Sale Intelligence', but not in much detail.

I would like to understand more about this feature and how this feature can be configured, background technology and how it works with sales cloud?
