What is a Marketing Agency and what is its benifit

Hi All,

I am trying to educate myself around marketing agencies, I know how to configure it, and I know what a marketing agency is, I just can't figure out what this app is for??

The only benefit I can think of is for logical grouping and traceability of agencies and their employees? Is that it? Does it restrict access and authorisations as well?

Any knowledge around this feature would be greatly appreciated.

Hello austrooper,

I've asked myself the same questions.

But I can only guess this is informational stuff. For instance, in Content studio app you can assign your marketing agencies to an e-mail template. Later on I believe you can track your campaigns and build reports of Campaigns x Agencies if this makes sence to your business scenarios.
