Hi experts.
If you go to Business partners>Common tasks>Maintain Cross-Account Sales Data, yo will open a screen in which you can enter a combination of sales org, distribution channel and other parameters as well. I´ve set a couple of combinations thinking that they would be added automatically to a customer when created, but when i check out the sales data tab for new customers the combination of parameters set in "Maintain Cross-Account Sales Data" is not being added.
So, any of you know which is the function for this option or any documantation about it?

The Cross-Account Sales Data is not exposed in the account UI. Still, it should be considered for account sales data determination.

Let me explain you, the usage of 'Maintain Cross-Account Data', using general screnario.
1.Go to Customer woc->Account view ->Edit Account->Go to Sales Data facet.
=>Line with the distribution channel cannot be changed, reason could be : -It has the Cross-Account Sales Data checkbox ticked.
2.For this you need to go to Business Partner work center->Maintain Cross-Account Sales Data view.
=>Select the row of the required sales combination, change the Distribution Channel->Save the change.
=>Afterwards, the updated distribution channel will be automatically updated in the existing accounts.
