Hi C4C Experts,
We are planning to use the "Visit Planner" functionality to identify the accounts that does not have any Visits planned. We felt this is an amazing feature to concentrate on the accounts which are not explored or followed up properly.
But in the default search views, there is a search view "My Accounts Overdue for Visits". I am not able to figure out what does this search means. I created a Visit for one of my accounts which was planned for a future date, and even this account is still visible in this search view result.
Please check the screenshot below, I have created one Visit which is planned for May-21st, and even that account is still visible in this search result view. It is bit confusing to understand how exactly this search works.

Any help or pointers are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
Regards,
Siraj

Thanks Stefanie for a quick response.
Then there seems to be a bug in the system, as clearly there are visits planned for the account "SRJ Test Replication" and still this appears in this search view results.
Does this work as SAP explained in your tenant?
yes, for me this is working. so the best is, if you create an incident.
