BACKGROUND SCENARIO: I created an indicator in opportunity such that if ticked, it will trigger a workflow which will send an email containing a survey link to the primary contact of the opportunity. When the contact clicks on the survey link inside the email, it will open C4C survey which he can answer. Once he submits his answer, C4C will generate a report.
Hi experts,
In this scenario, I need to get the timestamp of when the email was sent and when the survey was answered. Via the Business Partner Survey data source, I found "Survey Creation" and "Survey Submission Date". Does the "Survey Creation Date" show when the email was sent, and "Survey Submission Date" shows when the client submits his survey answers?
Thanks

Hi,
Survey Creation date is the date on which the Survey has been generated in a transaction. The survey submission date is the date the survey has been filled out and the [submit] button has been pressed - which means the actual response is received and registered.
