Dear experts,
we need to request a new TEST tenant for our SAP yC4C landscape.
We would like to have an exact copy (data, solution profile, administrative data and objects) of our current test tenant. Is that possible?
By requesting a new tenant we get the two possibilities to request a tenant copy or tenant copy (solution profile).
From my understanding the second variant means, that we would get a tenant with no data in it but with the same solution profile. Then the administrative data like language adapations, marketing attributes etc. have to be transported / migrated to the new tenant or must be done manually again.
When we request the first variant, does that just mean that we will have also the data copied to the new tenant or the administrative objects, too? If not, what happens with accounts, who for example have maintained marketing attributes?
