I wanted to ask you about SAP Marketing Onpremise
The first time I meet a client that has the system on their server, that surprised me when everything is already Cloud.
But I have several doubts:
How can I know the version that the client has installed, the data is not located as the Cloud version.
Would you understand that with this data you can know what functionalities the system supports, any link or documentation?
Currently, they carry out email campaigns, SMS and with another financial system of the company.
But is it possible to integrate SAP Marketing Onpremise with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Qualtrics, C4C or another CRM?
Or maybe with some Commerce?
I was reviewing and I see that they have a huge number of user roles but I did not find one equivalent to the Cloud version that allows me to see the communication agreements or have more roles to make configurations,

Hi Elio,
In your Marketing On Prem tenant , if you an login to their backend and navigate to System -> Status as shown below and click on the Product version details icon , we can find the Installed product version ( say 2020 , 1909 etc )
And based on that , you can refer the related Product documentations to understand the features supported for the same.
