Hello experts,
We are implementing consents and welcome email, but welcome email is getting triggered only after user user login for first time and granting consent.
Configuration : Terms consent is Active.
steps we have followed :
1. create user in CDC using REST API from backend without terms consent information.(registration not finalized)
2. user logs in for first time to see registration completion screen where consent is configured.
3. once user accepts terms then only assign login session.
We are expecting welcome email at step 1 but receiving it at step 3.
Please share your though, it would be much appreciated.

Hi Rohit ,
As the registration is not finalized hence the email is not triggered. Further as the Terms Consent is activated the registration will only finalize if you send the consent data also in REST API as Terms Consent is mandatory.
Use Others Consent in case you want to remove the mandatory feature.
