I am contacting you to ask for your valuable support regarding the connection process between a weighing machine and CCO, unfortunately, we have not succeeded yet and we still have some technical concerns about how to achieve this.
I share with you a text document in which I explain what we are trying to do and I hope you could provide some guidance or aid via comments, technical documentation, or if it is possible having a remote session, which I would really appreciate.
WEIGHING MACHINE CONNECTION PROCESS
It is required to transfer and then bind the product’s weight datum to Quantity Text Box in CCO via Serial or USB port.
1.- Put a product on the weighing machine

2.- In the Text Box “Indique la cantidad del CCO” set the product’s weight.

ADDITIONAL INFO
Nowadays there is a source code that allows the system to read the weight (indicated by the weighing machine) every time the user is weighing a product.
The source code is shown below setting supplier parameters.

For testing purposes, it has been tried to insert via JSInkect (using Eclipse as IDE) a random product’s weight, however, this has not been achieved yet. Besides the previous idea, it has been tried inserting data via clipboard, CCO version 2.0 does not allow pasting it in the Text Box “Indique Cantidad” though.
Inserting data via JSInject using the previous source code used to work for CCO version 1.0, once CCO was updated to version 2.0, it stopped working.

Dear jecrualmx,
did you already check, if you are legally allowed to integrate a weighing device with CCO in the country you want to deploy CCO?
Regards
Robert
