yes, there are two apps, called Customer Data Return - Extraction and Customer Data Return - Provisioning which you could use to extract the data and download it as a zip file which includes then xml files which hold the data for the specific tables.

I followed this Link to view the table content. Is there any other ways of viewing the table contents in SMC.

WebIDE is the tool to model your views and tables, and you won't be able to access the data here.
In case it's CRM system for BUT000 etc, you need to use se16 transaction itself.

so you really need the content of the table and not only the structure?
This is (as per my knowledge) unfortunately not possible on that way in SAP Marketing Cloud.
