Web Service Message - Error while processing inbound third party communication

Hi all,

We have an SAP ERP / C4C web service integration. And I ´m having an error in Web Service Message monitoring that display this:

Message: "Error while processing inbound third party communication"

Long Text: "Exception: Error in message header mapping; agent class is CL"

I already gone through this blog but couldn't rectify the error, Any new suggestions please.

Hi Vinay,

This error can happen for multiple reasons.

Hi,

The below attached pic is the error text I am facing, I rechecked Communication systems & Arrangements done in C4C, Everything is good. In CPI also i am able to get the data and is successfully completed.

Kindly let me know any other suggestions please.
