Hello Everyone,
When I'm trying to open CDT in a workstation in a new installation with SAP CCtr 7.0.13.0 version, I'm receiving the following error just after I enter the user name and password and try to login:

I'm getting the same error when opening in workstation with Windows 7 and Windows 10. Additionally we have a DEV environment with similar landscape and the main difference is the version (7.0.12.0 and 7.0.13.0).
Attached you can find the logs for CDT when opening (CDTIP/cdt/?arg=loglevel=5?) and Agent Server logs in Trace level.
I've tried also reset the whole system, chance all the virtual units to a different instance and tried opening CDT in several computers but always I'm getting the same error. Please let me know if you have any idea.

Request clarification before answering.
The root cause lies here:
21:00:05.738 (05840/LogManager ) ALW> AgentServer: Agent Server mode = Admin-only
As this specific Agent Server is configured for admin use only (SC access) there is no resources to serve clients (CDT, Communication Panel).
Please adjust your configuration under agents virtual unit and it should start to work.
