WBS settlement rules are created for a total of 200%

For the trade promotion Activity created in SAP CRM (Marketing:Trade Promotion Management) for Purchase Order scenario, a corresponding WBS element will be created in ECC system by a CRMPS job overnight.

Normally the settlement rules in WBS are created for a total of 100% but in our case, the issue is such that the settlement rules are getting duplicated every time to 200%.

Could I get help from anyone to know/understand why this occurs and how can it be fixed.

For a workaround, we have manually deleted the duplicate entries but this is not the case with 1-2 WBS elements, there are many more WBS elements which are affected with the same issue.

I would want to know the cause of this issue,when & why it occurs and how it can be resolved.
