Way to get Marketing Subscription out of SAP Marketing Cloud into CRM on premise

Hello,

we are using SAP Marketing Cloud and CRM on Premise.
Since the new GDPR in May 2018 way are doing the Double Opt-in for Permissions in SAP Marketing Cloud. This means the subscriptions for a contacts person are in SAP Marketing Cloud maintained.

We also need this information in SAP CRM. We know that we have the possibility to make a manual Exceldownload and than we can do a manual import into SAP CRM by ELM. This means a lot of manual effort.

Is there a way to automatize this process? Can we use CDS views which are generated every night and sent the data over a API or a Iflow from SAP Marketing Cloud into CRM on premise?
Maybe you can help me to understand how the process could work.
