Hi,

The Allocation Notifications are used to exchange data between the head office and stores and between head office and distribution centers. These contain information about the stock split, including the articles, quantities and delivery dates and other information.

The Tcode is about Allocation table related notifications, that is not a mandatory part of the functionality, but optionally available and can be setup.
