Voucher re printing

Hi experts,

How is it possible to print again a voucher in CCO (without CCO manager) ? My customer lost the voucher, come to the shop, I want to reprint it. How can I do that ?

Another question : when the customer use a part of a voucher in a sale, I want to print a ticket with the remaining amount ? (I don't want to generate another voucher with the remaining amount, I just want to print the initial voucher with the remaining amount)

Dear Laure,

concerning the remaining amount, we developed an individual customer receipt with the remaining amount at the bottom to inform the customer, how much is left on his voucher.
