Hi everyone!A question here in segmentation, will any of you know why nothing is displayed in the description? only in the case of landing page if it is seen that it says landing page in description, but in the case of the other source object type such as visit, appointment etc. indicates nothing.

Hi Carla,

The content of the description column in the preview is filled from the HANA view used in segmentation. For the attribute "Source Object Type" there is a "label column" maintained in the HANA view, pointing to the column which is used to fill the description in the UI.

If you are using a custom HANA view, you should check the content of that column which is maintained in the "label column".

If you are using a standard HANA view, you could create a ticket on CEC-MKT-SEG-DM to get this fixed.
