Hi everyone,
for a customer of my organization, we are unable to view it in the list of customers in order to open an incident or request a license.
Viewing customer failed in Support Launchpad, but in the list of On-Premise Active Sales Contracts result active
All our users are enabled and have permissions to access for these features.
Has anyone ever had this kind of issue?
