Hi
An account in S4 is set to archive and central block is set.
The moment this message reaches CX the account disappears in CX.
When i search this account, the account is no more available. Can someone please advice how do
we can view the Archived accounts in C4C.

Hello vijaybtvbd,
Looks like the account has been made as Obsolete. You have to remove this from the filter @ advanced search and you will find this Account.
