Hi,
Is it possible to somehow capture the video stream and record it? I mean the video thas is between a customer and and agent using Communication Panel.
I've tryed trace'ing it with Wireshark, but nothing. Have yet to see a readable packet that shouts "Video here".
And another thing aswell. Taking a picture from the VideoChat. Most likely it should be done via the Extension Area? Create a buttn there to take picture and store it somewhere.

We have a feature request to enable video recording, but that is not yet planned to end product. Meanwhile I have seen that many partners have taken to use an software that does screen recording of agent's screen.
The idea about using Extension Area sounds interesting and would be good to check out if that could be linked to screen capture / recording apps.
Technically the video chat is point to point webrtc stream and only exception if there is NAT between agent and customer, then you need CORS in between.
