We have been making a lot of changes in our ERP system and this has triggered a number of updates for our CRM System.
The queues with the changes are
R3AD_CUSTOME*
R3AD_MATERIA*
R3AD_OBJCL
The Customer and Material queues are sent over to CRM and processed very quickly however the R3AD_OBJCL queue seems to have the majority of entries to process. In our CRM system we have 82000 entries to process and they only seem to be processing at a rate of 400 an hour! So at this rate it will take about 8.5 days to process the entries in the queue.
We have held the Outbound queue on ERP to stop it sending more to CRM for the moment. On one occasion i saw that there were over 2000 R3AD_CUSTOME* queue's created, so I unregistered the queue and all 2000 queues were sent to CRM and processed within a minute or two.
I've changed the QRFC quotas but this has had no effect.
I notice that in SMQR the Scheduler Status is a Wait status for most of the time rather than Inactive.
I should point out that we are running an old CRM version 5.0 which we are looking to move off but is taking longer than expected,.
Can anyone advise why this particular queue is taking such a long time to process these entries?
