Version upgrade from 6.2 to 6.6.2 issue

Recently, we are trying to upgrade hybris from 6.2 to 6.6.2. We have recent ootb code base and we migrated our custom code. Ant clean customize all works fine but then we tried ant updatesystem ,which is failing with following reason

[HybrisSchemaGenerator] Make sure you are trying to update already initialized type system. Cannot read existing DbTypeSystem properly due to : StatementCallback; bad SQL grammar [select from null]; nested exception is com.sap.db.jdbc.exceptions.JDBCDriverException: SAP DBTech JDBC: [257] (at 15): sql syntax error: incorrect syntax near "null": line 1 col 15 (at pos 15)*

We are using HANA DB if that gives some clue.
