Vendor not determined as Plant in CRM Quotation

Dears,

I created a sales quotation in CRM and input Customer + Product ID, however the Vendor as Plant is not getting determined at item level(Partner Function Tab).

This table has been maintained already, Table name: crmm_locmap & Partner function Access sequence source maintained CRM_PROD_SALES_A Vendor from Product.

Below screen-shot for reference. Any suggestions please? This should be determined automatically at line item level, the user should not input this manually everytime.
