Hi Krishna Thota.

Customers need license for SAP CPQ professional edition to be able to use the integration.

Partners might have to create a ticket to get it activated.

If in doubt, my recommendation is to create a support ticket (component CEC-SAL-CPQ) to get the license checked and the missing provider pages activated for your CPQ tenant(s).
