I have a concern in CCO. My parked receipts values are rounding automatically. I have used currency wise rounding before but changed to No rounding. ( All synchronization has been made). Still i am facing this rounding issue only while i am parking receipts . ( Attaching the copy of receipts for reference).

What is the version of CCO?

Can you send 2 screenshots of the receipt from the CCO sales screen: One just before you hit "Park Receipt" and one after you resume the very same parked receipt.

This happens when central receipt parking is enabled:

--Steps to reproduce--

1. Go to the CCO backend configuration
2. Enable currency EUR with 3 (instead of 2) decimal places
3. Enable central receipt parking = ON
4. Go to the sales screen
5. Start a new receipt with one item and item price with 3 decimal places, e.g. EUR 0.828
6. Park the receipt
7. Resume the receipt

Actual result: Item price in the resumed receipt is 0.830

Explanation: There is no option to set decimal places for item prices, quantities etc. in CCO manager. Such numbers are immediately rounded to 2 decimal places before they are stored in the CCO manager database.

Workaround: You could switch from central to local receipt parking. Local receipt parking happens on each CCO and decimal settings are considered for each parked receipt.

Long-term: We may introduce decimal places in CCO manager standard in the future. You can create a feature request on our influence portal or upvote similar requests like this one: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/273589
