Validity dates on the involved parties of the Registered Product

Dear experts,

We have the requirement to maintain the validity dates on the involved parties of the Registered Product. SAP CRM has this feature. In C4C we don't have these fields and there is no possibility to extend the node via adaptation.

What could we cover this requirement? Is there a chance to add this fields?

Hi,

Currently this is not possible. Only when added a party there is a possibility to add a mash up, but no extension field can be added.

Can you give some more context on the reason why you would like to do this? A registered product is a product with unique characteristics issued to a specific customer (party involved). If a registered product is returned (received) and then post goods issued again, a new party is involved. The old / first party can be deleted after the item is returned. This change will be displayed in the changes tab. Report CRMREGPRODHB_Q0001, might be of use display the data like change dates.
