Validation error while importing products with media using excel in backoffice product cockpit

I am using Hybris v1808. I am trying to import products and their images using 'Import Excel File' feature of Backoffice Product Cockpit as per https://help.hybris.com/1808/hcd/aec3d83d840a422faf2e5904eb5e1ae2.html but I am getting a validation error. I think I am putting wrong values in the Image and Thumbnail fields. I have attached the zip file of the images and the screenshots of the excel file and the validation error.

Note: I am able to import the products without images (i.e. after removing the Image and Thumbnail columns from the excel sheet and by just uploading the excel sheet without the media zip)

I am clueless why it is not working. You can see that I have already attached the zip file that I am trying to upload for media. After your post, I also tried to include the folder as 'images' in the Image and Thumbnail columns of the excel template but it still gives the same error on importing. Could you please try my files in your local setup?

can't access your files! (403 – Forbidden)

FYI in the images zip there must be no folder

I have uploaded the excel template and zip files again. I haven't put the images in any folder in the zip file. Please check and let me know if they template and zip files are still inaccessible to you.

the excel loads just fine, you had an intermediate "images" folder in the zip.

Thanks, for finding out the root cause. Now, it has worked. I just want to clarify it a bit further for others. The issue was that I put the images in a folder 'images' and then I compressed the folder. After Nicola's suggestion, I simply selected the images and compressed them. In Mac, it produces Archive.zip which I named as images.zip and backoffice imported it without any complain.
