Utilities Invoice Number PFD Error "No PDF Found" C4C

Hi Experts.

I have a small question.

can any one suggest me where to check the configuration of invoice number .

i clicked on 800000029 invoice.

A new browser window will be open with a message No PDF Found.

can any one suggest me where i need to check configuration for it.

Any leads will be highly appreciated.

Hi mohammadiqbal.siddiqui,

Its a good possibility that your system do not have a SAP ADS system to support the PDFs. For SAP ADS setup, You can take 2 ways, 1st standby SAP NWJava system for SAP ADS or 2nd SAP ADS on Cloud Platform

Please ask your SAP-BASIS guy to confirm that a SAP ADS system is present in your landscape for handling such PDFs
