Hi Nir,

in this case I recommend to open an incident via SAP Business Launchpad (SBO-INT-CCO) or SAP MArket Place (IS-SE-CCO).

Please add following information:

Release of SAP Customer Checkout

Error Log (can be found in the installation folder of SAP Customer Checkout in sub folder log)

Standard Log (can be found in the installation folder of SAP Customer Checkout in sub folder log)

thanks and kind regards

Stephan

Hello Nir,

I reproduced the import of voucher in a SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 FP05 PL08 without any issue. I downloaded the migration file, inserted voucher data and was able to select the file in the upload and the import has been successfully.

Could you please retry it? And if don't work, please check the log files if any error message appeared. If an error occurred, we recommend to open an incident using component SBO-INT-CCO if you create the incident from SAP Business One Launchpad. Or Component IS-SE-CCO if you create the incident from the SAP Market Place.

kind regards

Hello Nir,

to find the voucher import file, please open one SAP Customer Checkout, open configuration and scroll down. There is an entry called Voucher import, here you can download the Migration Template.

Please have also a look in the Guide for SAP Customer Checkout manager, chapter 5.4.6 and chapter 15.6 in the Configuration guide of SAP Customer Checkout. Both guides can be found in the installation share of SAP Customer Checkout in the sub share "doc".

You have to import the vouchers in one SAP Customer Checkout and then synchronize it with the SAP Customer Checkout manager.

A direct migration into the manager is currently not available but planned for future releases (exact date/release not clear till now).

Hope that helps, if this answer is correct please mark it as correct answer and close the community entry.

kind regards

Stephan
