Using Umlaute and special Characters in an htm email template

After creating an html email template into SAP Business ByDesign you realize that Umlaute i.e.

Ö, Ä Ü and

 ä, ö, ü 

are not shown correctly.

this usually happens while template creation.

I good way is to create an html template in MS Word and us save as with the correct file extension Web Page (htm, html).
