Hello together,
we are using open channel integration to send letters to our customer. Assigned to the campaign is an Export Definition that generates the data. When the campaign is running the interaction "LETTER_OUTBOUND" is created (this works fine).
By using a suppression rule we want to define that only one letter is send to the customer every day (later on all 60 days. We have customized this also for Emails that are send to the customer and in reference to emails the suppression rule works fine BUT not for the Open Channel Integration. It seems to us that the suppresion rule which is shown on the next screenshot is not taken into account by the system although the interactions LETTER_OUTBOUND are always created:

How the suppresion rule has to be created so the interaction type LETTER_OUTBOUND is taken into account?

Hi Oliver
If all settings are fine, I would create a Support Ticket.
You can also (additionally) adapt your segmentation and dynamic targetgroup to ensure, that a contact will not receive more than 1 letter within a specific timeframe.
