Hi Experts ,
I want to develop a Custom Business Object wherein we need a datetime value difference between completion and creation time .
The complex part being using the SLA defined for that particular team , say if the SLA has a calendar , which says 8 hours a day and weekend off , plus the countries bank holidays.
I want this to be developed using SDK , please help on this.
