Using "Reply-To" e-mail address as the reciever

Hi,

I've got this situation:

There is a form on a website which customers can fill. After that it creates an e-mail and sends it which is then handled in CDT.

The sender e-mail address is: customerservice@customer.com

Recieving e-mail address is also customerservice@customer.com.

In the e-mail header there is a row with customers e-mail address, that filled the form (like "Reply-To: firstname.lastname@gmail.com")

When the e-mail is opened in CDT, then this reply-to value isn't used, but the original sender address is put in the "To" box.

Question is - is SAP CCtr using the "Reply-To" information in anyway?

Kind Regards,

I have a feeling that there were the same question many years ago and I found out that it's not supported. I'm not 100% sure as it was long time ago...

Well I can live with that kind of answer 🙂 . Thank you.

I also suggested our customer to use Restful Interfaces TMI functionality. Atleast I managed to manipulate with the "To" e-mail address with it.

Kind regards,

Alder
