Using Promotion In Sales Order C4C

Hi Gurus,

I am trying to apply discount in the sales order, using the promotion. But, when I select the product of promotion, the sales order did not show the correct pricying. My Promotion has product and discount application.

Have any configure in the scope about that?
How can I apply the discount using of promotion (sales campaign)?

Hello Keshav,

Have read all the documentation above, but still not clear about the Discount Tab available on the promotion document created on C4C.

There are options to set the spend type and method codes, what are they used for?

Any discount set there is not reflected on Sales Order item selected from promotion list?

All inputs are welcome.
