Hello Dears,

I am wondering If I Can Use Emojis or images in the Customer Satisfaction survey design in SAP C4C

as below

or using any other characters to represent what I need Like that😁😑

as I tried to but the regular emojis that from Keyboard but it is shown as ####

Due to infrastruture issues, usgae of emoticons is not supported.
