My colleagues and I have a question about the creation of service requests that come from customers by e-mail - Channel. Everywhere blogs use the standard address for channel: cod.servicerequest@my******.mail.crm.ondemand.com.
And reception of tickets with the help of this address works for us, but I would like to use the address that belongs to our company (for example: sales@ourcompanyname.com). But we can not use this, do not create service requests. Can I use the email address in the company domain as an incoming channel?
