User Subscriptions action button is greyed out in SAP C4C

Hello,

Greetings!

Could you please let me know how to enable 'User Subscriptions' action button under Administration >> Business users in SAP C4C.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login into C4C.

2. Go to Administration >> Business Users.

3. Select a user.

4. Click on Edit.

I can see only two options Attributes and Access Rights and not User Subscription(It is greyed out).

Which work center view needs to be enabled in Administration Work center to enable this button.

Hi Syed Basha,

I also faced this issue, please ensure the following work centres are enabled in the users business role.

SEOD_ADMIN_SETUP_WCVIEW - General Settings

CI_CCC_USERSUBSCRIPTIONS - Purchased Licenses

It remains greyed out unless General settings is added
