User Subscriptions action button is greyed out in SAP C4C

Greetings!

Could you please let me know how to enable 'User Subscriptions' action button under Administration >> Business users in SAP C4C.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login into C4C.

2. Go to Administration >> Business Users.

3. Select a user.

4. Click on Edit.

I can see only two options Attributes and Access Rights and not User Subscription(It is greyed out).

Which work center view needs to be enabled in Administration Work center to enable this button.

Hi Syed,

Kindly check whether you have read and write access to the work center view CI_CCC_USERSUBSCRIPTIONS under the service control work center. This view enables you to check whether you have sufficient subscriptions for users assigned to the solution.

I tried your suggestion, unfortunately still 'user subscription' action button is not enabled under Administration >> Business user.
