User restrictions based on the Country and region

Hi Team,

We are recently Implementing the Emarsys Cloud. Our Client exits in 13 Countries and we are implementing Emarsys single system to all countries.

I just want to know how to restrict the Users based on the Countries field and other fields if any, I have not seen any option while Creating the Business roles. Can you please guide me in this.

Thanks for your question. Can I confirm that you are not looking for a solution to separate the data from these 13 countries (for that we would recommend a multi-account setup), but only to restrict access within the same account to different data sets, based on these countries?

If that is the case, the good news is that we are working on a role-based aset separation feature, but that is still in development.

I would suggest that the best place to start would be to speak to a Solution Consultant so that they can analyse your use case in detail and see if they can find a workable solution for you until the asset separation feature is ready to roll out.
