Is it possible to set a default communication category for a user?
Reason is to make sure that user does not forget to set a particular communication category in an email and a campaign.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
currently it is not possible to set such a default category directly.
However if you create an email template with that communication category filled in the settings you would achieve this as well. All you need to do is to use the template.
