Hi experts
I have a problem with my MKT login user Every time I try to log in, the password is not recognized, I have to do the password recovery process.
If I decide to enter 10 times a day 10 times I have to retrieve the password, and 10 times I enter the same and nothing happens, the system does not tell me that the password has already been used, to enter another.
I don't know what the problem is.
I am an Admin in MKT and Admin in IAS, but this is the first time this has happened to me, in other tenants I have similar accesses or roles and there is no problem.

Hi eliocentenob
Do you have any corporate IDP configured in the IAS ?
If that's case, I would suggest you to use the Corporate Email address instead of "@hotmail" on the User Management profile.
If you want to use '@hotmail' email ID, I would suggest you to change the User Type = Public instead of "Employee".

Hope this helps!
Cheers

Hi kamesh.kumarrd
Thanks, the setting fixes the access problem.

Elio C.Hi Elio,
that sounds very strange.
Do I understand you correctly: Using the same email address and password combination, you are able to login to IAS admin console but when you try to login to Marketing Cloud you get the error message?
Is it possible for you to create another user to check and validate that behavior?

Hi eliocentenob,
never seen that behavior.
Did you try to set your password initial using the Admin Console instead of using the password recovery process?
If that doesn't help either, I think I would delete the user and create a new one.
Sounds really strange and seems pretty hard to analyze what's going wrong there.
