Use SAP BCM CDT with chrome or FIrefox

Good day all,

I have challenges using Internet explorer 11 to launch or run CDT.

Firefox and Google chrome are on the list of certified browsers for SAP BCM or Contact center on the compatibility guide. These include minimal changes to both browsers.

I made the stated changes to these browser and tried to to launch CDT. Sadly it does not work.

Can someone please share some light or help.

Hi,

CDT can be used only with Internet Explorer. This is because CDT utilizes ActiveX and it's only support in IE. Same applies also to Online Monitoring client.

Chrome and Firefox are on the list because those are used with ECF widget based phone.
