Hello,
When a user performs a sale in in SAP Customer Checkout and uses the 'One-time customer' option, the user has to provide a first and last name. I understand that for posting receipts without a real customer to SAP Business One, the application uses a dummy customer (which has a first and last name). So I do not understand why first and last name have to be provided in this scenario. Is there a way around it this? Can I use a one-time customer without entering first and last name?
Best regards,
Cornelius

Hello,
For one time customer, first and last name is mandatory. The feature was developed to capture data like first name, last name, and optional address so that it can be used for printing purpose - which is then attributed to a unique person. As of now in the standard solution there is no way around it.
Hope it helps.
