Use of Word document in SAP CRM

Hi,

I have below requirement.

I have a word document with some static content and I have to pass values to certain fields in word file from my program. I have saved the file as '.XML' file and followed the steps in this link https://sapinsider.wispubs.com/Assets/Articles/2017/December/HR-Steps-to-Output-a-Microsoft-Word-Doc... (image 16 onwards)

I know how to read the XML file from MIME repository, but next part is confusing. I want to pass values to those fields dynamically, either display it to user (so that user can save in his local machine) OR attach the file into a CRM transaction.
