Hello SAP,
Checking in documentation here we can see that Interest seems to be linked directly to sentiment. An that a sentiment can be assigned to an interest to analyses the mood/ feedback of customers via this point.
Could you pleas help us to understand how this can be configured ?

Hi coty,
when creating an interaction (for example using OData Service API_MKT_INTERACTION_SRV) which has an interest assigned, you can then also assign a value for the Sentiment Value of the interaction itself or of the interest item of the interaction.
