Hello everybody,
I have got some questions depending on the usage/sense of the Expected Value field in SAP C4C.
First of all: What is the function of the field? Of course, the field is necessary for the weighted value field (Expected value multiplied with the probability) and the forecast. How can we determine the expected value without any knowledge of the future sales? If we have these knowledge we also have a negotiated value, so why don't we use this value to determine the weighted value?
The sales reps have to fill the expected value field manually. For me there is a lot of potential for unrealistic data which influence prognoses. Is there the possibility to fill this field with logical rules automatically?
