Uploading ContactOriginData and MarketingPermissions in one batch

Hi experts!

We tried to upload ContactOriginData and MarketingPermissions for new one contact through one batch request to API_MKT_CONTACT_SRV;v=0003. ContactOriginData first, MarketingPermissions after.

But sometimes there is an error "No contact found for ID XXX"

The entries for ContactOriginData and MarketingPermissions has the same Sap-Cuan-RequestTimestamp and the same Sap-Cuan-SequenceId. If I test the same upload method through the Postman there is no this error. How define what is problem? Should we specify different SequenceId or Timestamp to upload without the error?

Hello Ekaterina,

It is suggested to upload the Contacts first, and Permissions second, separately and not in the same batch. I suggest to go over the application help topic Getting Permissions and Subscriptions into the System.
