Upload social comments in Hybris Marketing Cloud

Hello experts

Is there any way to upload to Facebook comment to Hybris Marketing Cloud via CSV upload? I just loaded the interaction but I also need the comment to make tests in "sentiment engagement"

Hi Daniel,

You have the post in CONTENT_DATA field.

Also for Social media, you need a value in SOURCE_OBJECT_ID.

the minimum would be:

ID_ORIGIN;ID;COMM_MEDIUM;IA_TYPE;TIMESTAMP;CONTENT_DATA;SOURCE_OBJECT_ID; FB;fb_tore@democloud.hybris.com;FB;SOCIAL_POSTING;20180928124749;POSTFacebook;XY2130281789;

You know if there is a way to view all the technical names of the fields or some like that to guide me in the interactions uploading?

Hello Juan,

If you download the CSV Template you can see all the technical names or you can use a tool like Postaman to see metadata of Odata.
